Do you accept insurance?

Reach Physical Therapy & Wellness is a cash-based practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This model allows us to focus entirely on your needs—not an insurance company’s timeline or restrictions. You receive one-on-one, personalized care tailored exactly to your timeline and care.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We’re happy to provide you with detailed appointment notes and billing receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider or FSA/HSA account.

There are no additional fees for treatments such as dry needling or other techniques we determine are appropriate for your care—everything is included in the cost of your session.

How many visits does a patient typically need?

It depends on each patient, their diagnosis, their progression, and their overall goals. Our goal is for each patient to return to their life and favorite activities stronger than before treatment.

How do I pay for my appointment?

Reach Physical Therapy & Wellness accepts payment through cash/checks, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
